Leadership Academy
At Leadership Academy, we believe that play and exploration increases creativity, confidence and social intelligence. By playing with others in a camp community, children and grown ups build competence, autonomy and relatedness that drives intrinsic motivation and happiness.

At Leadership Academy, we design and operate camp programs for children and grown ups and provide consulting in the camp industry.
